Abstract

Butun dunyoda bo‘lgani ayollarning iqtisodiy faolligi erkaklarnikiga nisbatan past ko’rsatkichlarda qayd etilgan. Davrimizga kelib ko‘rsatkich ayollar orasida 41,3 foizni, erkaklar orasida esa 56,9 foizni tashkil etdgan. Lekin mamlakat industriyasini rivojida yangilik va ixtiro yaratishdagi ayollar mehnati alohida o’rin tutadi.
