G‘ovaksimon (trabekulyar) suyaklarning suyaklanish jarayoni organizmdagi modda almashinuvining eng sezgir ko‘rsatkichlaridan biridir, xususan, qondagi glyukoza darajasi suyak metabolizmiga bevosita va bilvosita ta’sir ko‘rsatadi [1]. 2015–2025-yillar davomida olib borilgan ko‘plab klinik va eksperimental tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, giperglikemiya (qonda glyukoza miqdorining me’yordan ortishi) suyak to‘qimalarida kollagen sintezini sekinlashtirib, osteoblastlarning faoliyatini pasaytiradi va suyakning yangilanish jarayonini izdan chiqaradi [2]. Shu bilan birga, gipoglikemiya holatlari ham suyak hosil bo‘lish jarayoniga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatib, osteoklastlarning faolligini oshirishi mumkin.Downloads
