Abstract

Pedagogik fan tomonidan gender yondashuvini o'rganish muammosi zamonaviy ta'lim tizimidagi o'zgarishlar tufayli juda dolzarbdir. Gender yondashuvining maqsadi o’quvchi shaxsining ma'lum bir gender vakili sifatida potentsialini rivojlantirishning an'anaviy madaniy cheklovlarini qayta ko'rib chiqish, uning o'zini maksimal darajada anglashi uchun sharoit yaratishdir. Gender yondashuvini amalga oshirish o'quv jarayonini tashkil etish usullari va olingan natijalar sifati bo'yicha an'anaviylardan farq qiladigan yangi o'quv modellarini ishlab chiqish va sinovdan o'tkazishni talab qiladi. Gender yondashuvini amalga oshirish o'qituvchining malakasiga, ya'ni uning gender kompetentsiyasini shakllantirishga ma'lum talablarni qo'yadi.
