DEVELOPMENT OF A POLYMER COATING FOR CORROSION PROTECTION OF METAL CAR PARTS

In this work, the anticorrosive processes occurring during the operation of automobiles are studied, the causes of corrosion are established, and methods of anticorrosion protection are studied. A polymeric epoxy urethane anticorrosive coating was established, laboratory and operational tests were carried out. It was found that the coating has a sufficiently high adhesion (1 point), impact resistance (70 cm), high chemical resistance, anti-corrosion protection was 98.9%. Based on the test results, one can judge the possibility of its use in practice.Downloads
