SOME ISSUES OF INHERITANCE RIGHTS BY THE LAGISLATION

Abstract

The article briefly explains the concept of inheritance, its features, differences from inheritance by will, analyzes the norms of inheritance by law and judicial practice in this area. Also, the views of scientists on this issue were studied and analyzed, proposals were made to improve the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on inheritance.
