RIGHT TO COMPETITION: THE CONCEPT OF POSITION AND THE IMPORTANCE OF ITS REGULATION

Competition, competition policy, and competition is a natural and social phenomenon related to market relations, a concept that encompasses both economic and legal aspects. In addition, the study of free competition in the context of emerging market relations addresses a number of pressing issues. The period requires a wide range of opportunities, conditions, privileges and advantages for business, an increase in the number of business entities, the study of the legal regulation of these relations due to the development of free competition, research and development of proposals. The development of a competitive environment is not without its parallel growth of some of its negatives, one of which is the dominant category. This article provides a brief overview of the law of competition and its basic concepts, as well as the author's views on the concept of priority, the legal nature and regulatory significance of national legislation, which today needs legal regulation.Downloads
