HIGH LEGAL CONSCIOUSNESS AND LEGAL CULTURE GUARANTEE OF INTERPRETATION OF LAW NORMS

Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of the role of legal consciousness and culture in the interpretation of legal norms, the effective implementation of interpretation activities, increasing the legal literacy of citizens and officials, eliminating shortcomings in the interpretation of legal norms. The article develops scientifically based proposals to increase legal literacy in the country, to improve the mechanism of interpretation of legal norms.
