RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF ILLEGAL ACTIONS BY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE AND COURT

Abstract

The investigation was initiated by the pre-trial investigation, the prosecution and the judiciary. This article also defines the right to claim compensation for damages caused by government agencies in the conditions of civil liability of officials. At the same time, the increase of civil rights by violated state bodies, especially by the bodies of preliminary investigation, is a very common phenomenon. In this regard, it is necessary to pay more compensation for the damage to the institution. The difficulties identified in practice provide a description of the subject to be covered, the damage caused as a result of the illegal actions of the new investigation. On the one hand, the subject of compensation must, of course, be the identity of the citizen who violated the right of a law enforcement officer as an official. However, given that officials are representatives of the state government, there are a large number of norms in the legislation in this regard, the actions of public authorities and their officials to compensate for the damage caused by regulators.
