The COVID-19 pandemic that has swept the planet has posed many questions for doctors around the world, including the tactics of managing patients with cardiovascular disease, both infected and in self-isolation. According to the data on the mortality rate from cardiovascular diseases (CVD), Uzbekistan belongs to the countries with very high rates, comparable only to the data for Ukraine and Belarus, in contrast to the Czech Republic, USA, Germany, France, Austria, South Korea, which have the best indicators for mortality and morbidity.
