This article provides detailed information about the concept of generations, their role in society, and the differences between them. Each generation is shaped by its historical, social, and economic conditions, and possesses distinct values, behaviors, and communication styles. Differences between generations such as the Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z are examined, describing their approach to work, attitudes toward technology, and social activity. The article also emphasizes the importance of developing effective communication, collaboration, and social understanding between different generations. This knowledge helps reduce intergenerational conflicts and promotes mutual respect in the workplace, educational processes, and everyday life.Downloads
