This article explores the current state of gender equality in management, highlighting both the progress made and the challenges that remain. It examines key drivers such as changing social norms, corporate diversity initiatives, and educational advancements, while also addressing persistent barriers like stereotypes, work-life imbalance, and the gender pay gap. The article argues that achieving gender equality in leadership is essential not only for fairness but also for improving business performance. It concludes that sustained effort from all sectors of society is needed to overcome the structural and cultural obstacles that still exist.

Ushbu maqolada o‘zbek adabiyotida ayol obrazining tarixiy shakllanishi, jamiyatdagi o‘zgarishlarga qarab o‘zgarib borgan badiiy talqinlari tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, Abdulla Qodiriy asarlarida ifodalangan jadid davri ayoli, Asqar Mahkam kabi zamonaviy adiblardagi faol ayol timsoli, O‘tkir Hoshimovning “Ikki eshik orasi” asaridagi Qora Amma va Robiya kabi realistik qahramonlar, shuningdek, Abdulla Oripovning “Onajon” va “Ayol” she’rlarida tasvirlangan ona va matonatli ayol obrazlari asosida poetik tahlil beriladi. Maqolada adabiyotda ayol timsolining estetik, ma’naviy va ijtimoiy ifodasi keng yoritiladi.

Mazkur hujjat O‘zbekistonda yashil moliyaviy vositalarning rivojlanish holatini, mavjud muammolarini va istiqbollarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda yashil moliya vositalari, xususan yashil obligatsiyalar va yashil kreditlarning huquqiy, institutsional va iqtisodiy asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, xalqaro tajriba asosida O‘zbekistonda ularni joriy etish bo‘yicha amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqiladi.

Project-Based Learning (PBL) is an innovative pedagogical approach that fosters active learning by engaging students in real-world, meaningful projects. This thesis explores how PBL serves as an effective tool for interdisciplinary teaching, breaking down traditional subject barriers to create a holistic learning experience. The study discusses the theoretical foundations of PBL, its benefits, challenges, and best practices in integrating multiple disciplines. Through a literature review and case studies, the research highlights the effectiveness of PBL in enhancing critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills among students. The study concludes with recommendations for educators to implement PBL in interdisciplinary settings successfully.

Mazkur  tezisda O‘zbekiston sanoatining hududiy ixtisoslashuvi holati tahlil qilinib, mavjud asimmetriyalar, iqtisodiy nomutanosibliklar va tarmoqlar bo‘yicha konsentratsiyaning oqibatlari ochib beriladi. Tadqiqotda LQ (Location Quotient) va HHI (Herfindahl–Hirschman Index) indikatorlari asosida 2023–2025 yillar uchun sanoat tarmoqlarining hududlar bo‘yicha bahosi amalga oshirildi.

This study examines the sociolinguistic dimensions of translating jargon and specialized terminology between languages with particular attention to the Uzbek-English language pair. The research investigates how sociolinguistic factors—including cultural context, power relationships, and discourse communities—influence the translation process of specialized lexical items. Drawing on theoretical frameworks from translation studies and sociolinguistics, this paper argues that jargon translation extends beyond mere lexical equivalence to encompass sociocultural adaptation. Through analysis of specialized terminology in academic, technical, and professional domains, the study demonstrates that effective jargon translation requires understanding of both source and target sociocultural environments. The findings reveal that translators employ various strategies, including calquing, domestication, and hybridization, when transferring specialized terminology, while negotiating sociolinguistic challenges inherent in cross-cultural communication.

Статья посвящена исследованию эволюции художественного психологизма в узбекской литературе XX века через призму взаимодействия восточных и западных литературных традиций. Анализируется процесс формирования уникальных форм психологического изображения в творчестве узбекских писателей, выявляются особенности синтеза суфийской интроспективной традиции с методами западного психологического реализма. Исследование демонстрирует, как социокультурные трансформации XX века повлияли на развитие национальной специфики художественного психологизма в узбекской литературе.
