Abstract:

The article examines the key aspects of organizing and developing logistics systems in the modern economy. Special attention is given to contemporary logistics approaches, supply chain coordination, transportation management, warehousing, and the use of digital technologies in logistics processes. The study highlights the importance of logistics in improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction. Practical recommendations for optimizing logistics activities and ensuring sustainable development of logistics systems are also presented.
