Abstract:
Ushbu maqolada o‘rik va olxo‘ri mevasini turli usullarda quritish texnologiyasi o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot doirasida quyoshda tabiiy quritish, konvektiv (havo) quritish va sublimatsiya (vakuumli) quritish usullari tahlil qilingan. Har bir usulning texnologik jarayonlari, afzalliklari va kamchiliklari, shuningdek, mahsulot sifat ko‘rsatkichlariga ta’siri o‘rganilgan.
