INNOVATION MANAGEMENT AND ITS IMPACT ON ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE IN EMERGING ECONOMIES
Main Article Content
Аннотация:
This thesis examines the role of innovation management in enhancing enterprise performance in emerging economies, with particular focus on startups, research and development (R&D), and technological management practices. Drawing on empirical data from the World Bank Enterprise Surveys, the OECD Oslo Manual, the Global Innovation Index, and peer-reviewed studies, the paper analyzes how structured innovation strategies influence productivity, revenue growth, export performance, and firm survival. Statistical findings indicate that enterprises investing in R&D demonstrate significantly higher labor productivity and sales growth compared to non-innovative firms. Furthermore, innovation-oriented startups exhibit higher survival rates in dynamic markets when supported by institutional frameworks and digital infrastructure. The study integrates quantitative findings from cross-country datasets and firm-level analyses to highlight measurable impacts of innovation governance on enterprise competitiveness in emerging economies.
