Аннотация:

Hozirgi biznes muhitida korporativ madaniyat tashkilotning raqobatbardoshligini, xodimlarning motivatsiyasini va natijaviyligini belgilovchi muhim omillardan biridir. Organizational Behaviour va menejment tadqiqotlarida ko‘p bora tadqiq etilganidek, rahbarlik uslubi tashkilot ichidagi madaniyatni shakllantirishda bevosita rol o‘ynaydi. Masalan, rahbar xatti-harakati, qadriyatlar tizimi, kommunikatsiya uslubi va qaror qabul qilish jarayonlari — bularning barchasi korporativ madaniyatga ta’sir qiladi. Shuning uchun, ushbu tezisda birinchi navbatda korporativ madaniyat va rahbarlik uslublarining nazariy asoslari, keyin ularning o‘zaro ta’siri va amaliy misollar orqali qanday ishlashi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Asosiy e’tibor rahbarlik uslublarining qaysi jihatlari korporativ madaniyatni shakllantirishda ijobiy, va qaysilari salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkinligiga beriladi. Tadqiqot maqsadi — korporativ madaniyatni shakllantirish jarayonida rahbarlik uslubining ta’sirini aniqlash va tashkilotlarda madaniyatni yaxshilash uchun rahbarlik uslublarini qanday optimallashtirish mumkinligini ko‘rsatishdir.
