ВЛИЯНИЕ ОСТРОГО СТРЕССА НА МОРФОЛОГИЧЕСКУЮ СТРУКТУРУ МОЗЖЕЧКА

Abstract:

В работе рассматривается влияние острого стрессового воздействия на морфологическую структуру мозжечка. Актуальность исследования обусловлена расширением представлений о функциональной роли мозжечка, который, помимо участия в координации движений, вовлечён в регуляцию когнитивных и аффективных процессов. Целью исследования явился анализ морфологических изменений мозжечка, возникающих под воздействием острого стресса, с использованием гистологических и морфометрических методов. В ходе исследования были изучены количественные и качественные характеристики нейронов и глиальных клеток, а также особенности микроциркуляторного русла различных слоев мозжечка у экспериментальных животных. Полученные результаты показали статистически значимые изменения в плотности и морфологии клеток Пуркинье, а также в объемных характеристиках зернистого и молекулярного слоев мозжечковой коры. Выявленные структурные перестройки могут быть обусловлены воздействием стрессовых гормонов, нейроиммунными реакциями и изменениями в экспрессии генов, участвующих в стресс-ответе. Наблюдались также изменения дендритной структуры нейронов, что свидетельствует о перестройке синаптических связей и модификации нейропластичности.
