Ushbu maqolada xotin-qizlarning jamiyatdagi o‘rni va gender tengligi masalasi ilmiy nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Global va O‘zbekiston kontekstida mehnat bozori, ta’lim, siyosiy ishtirok hamda qonunchilik islohotlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot mavjud xalqaro ma’lumotlar Jahon iqtisodiy forumi, Jahon banki, Xalqaro mehnat tashkiloti va BMT ma’lumotlariga asoslanadi. Maqola gender tengligi bo‘yicha kuzatilayotgan ijobiy o‘zgarishlarni tan olgan holda, yo‘l qo‘yilayotgan kamchiliklar va tizimli to‘siqlarga ham e’tibor qaratadi. Xulosa qismida davlat, ta’lim va ish beruvchilar uchun amaliy tavsiyalar berilgan.
