How to submit

There are four ways to send an abstract for publication — name the conference (ZDPP) when you do:

  • Telegram bot@inacademy_botSend the abstract as a DOCX file to the bot — it is received automatically
  • E-mailinfo@in-academy.uzPut “ZDPP” in the subject line and attach the DOCX file
  • On the sitein-academy.uzRegister on the conference page and upload the abstract yourself
  • Administrator@inacademy_uzFor questions and advice, contact us on Telegram

What happens to your abstract

The author is notified at every stage:

  1. Receipt. The abstract is registered and the author receives a confirmation
  2. First look. Fit to the topic and formatting are checked
  3. Originality. Copyleaks check — at least 60%
  4. Editing. The editors read the text and request corrections if needed
  5. Payment. Once the fee is confirmed, the abstract enters the proceedings
  6. Publication. The proceedings are published open access and the abstract gets a DOI
  7. Certificate. Every author receives an electronic certificate

Your abstract should match one of these tracks and appears in the matching section:

  • Pedagogy and Psychology
  • Philology and Literary Studies
  • Exact Sciences, Engineering and Information Technologies
  • Other Directions

Key requirements

  • File format — Microsoft Word (.docx) only; PDFs and scans are not accepted
  • Cambria or Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.15 line spacing
  • A4; margins: top/bottom 2 cm, left 3 cm, right 1.5 cm
  • Two to four pages including the reference list
  • An abstract of 60–100 words and 3–5 keywords are recommended
  • No ORCID is required
  • Abstracts may be written in Uzbek, Karakalpak, Russian or English; no translation is required
  • Up to 5 references in APA 7; the “References” heading is required
