In this article in higher education of students leadership abilities development of modern pedagogical technologies are analyzed. Leadership ability in development interactive teaching methods, project on basis teaching, digital technologies and spiritual values integration as modern approaches are discussed. Research Uzbekistan's educational system in implemented reforms and international experiences taking into account developed. Students responsible, creative and competitive specialist as formation these methods important significance has. Higher education in institutions students leadership abilities development directed modern pedagogical technologies implementation issues are considered. Leadership abilities of students personal and professional development for important factor as being considered, modern pedagogical approaches and methods analysis is made. Innovative technologies and interactive methods from usage experience and their effectiveness scientific side is substantiated.
