Abstract

Psixologlarning kasbiy rivojlantirish jarayoni nafaqat ularning amaliy faoliyatini yaxshilashga, balki psixologik yordam va terapiya metodlarining samaradorligini oshirishga ham xizmat qiladi. Psixologlar, ayniqsa, maktab, klinika va boshqa ijtimoiy muhitlarda faoliyat yuritayotgan mutaxassislar, o‘zlarining kasbiy ko‘nikmalarini doimiy ravishda yangilashlari zarur. Kasbiy rivojlanishning o‘zi keng tushuncha bo‘lib, bu nafaqat yangi bilimlar olish, balki kasbiy tajriba, empatiya, kommunikatsiya va amaliy ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirish, o‘z-o‘zini baholash va o‘zgarishlarga moslashish jarayonlarini ham o‘z ichiga oladi.
