Ushbu ilmiy ishda stomatologik kasalliklarning boshqa tizimli kasalliklar bilan o‘zaro bog‘liqligi tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot davomida og‘iz bo‘shlig‘ida yuzaga keladigan yallig‘lanish jarayonlarining yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari, qandli diabet, immun tizim buzilishlari hamda oshqozon-ichak tizimi patologiyalariga ta’siri o‘rganildi. Parodont kasalliklarida mikroorganizmlar va ularning toksinlari orqali yuzaga keladigan yallig‘lanish mediatorlari organizmda tizimli o‘zgarishlarga sabab bo‘lishi aniqlangan. Shuningdek, diabet va stomatologik kasalliklar o‘rtasida ikki tomonlama bog‘liqlik mavjudligi asoslab berildi. Tadqiqot natijalari stomatologik kasalliklarni kompleks yondashuv asosida baholash va davolash zarurligini ko‘rsatdi. Olingan natijalar klinik amaliyotda stomatologik va umumiy kasalliklarni birgalikda davolash strategiyasini takomillashtirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega.Библиографические ссылки
