Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada farmakokinetika va farmakodinamikaning zamonaviy dori vositalarini ishlab chiqarishdagi o‘rni, ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyati hamda dori samaradorligi va xavfsizligini ta’minlashdagi roli tahlil qilinadi. Farmakokinetika dori moddasining organizmda so‘rilishi, taqsimlanishi, metabolizmi va chiqarilishi jarayonlarini o‘rganadi. Farmakodinamika esa dori vositasining organizmga ta’sir mexanizmini, retseptorlar bilan o‘zaro aloqasini, terapevtik hamda nojo‘ya ta’sirlarini o‘rganadi. Maqolada farmakokinetik va farmakodinamik ko‘rsatkichlarning yangi dori vositalarini yaratish, optimal doza tanlash, biofoydalanish va bioekvivalentlikni baholash, klinik sinovlarni takomillashtirish hamda personalizatsiyalashgan terapiyani rivojlantirishdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan.
