QUALITY ASSURANCE AND PATIENT SAFETY IN INTERNATIONAL HEALTHCARE TOURISM

this article explores the significance of quality assurance and patient safety in the rapidly expanding field of international healthcare tourism. With increasing globalization of medical services, maintaining consistent quality standards across borders has become a pressing challenge. The study analyzes various quality assurance frameworks, accreditation systems, and safety protocols used by leading healthcare tourism destinations. The research further evaluates the impact of international accreditation on patient trust and healthcare outcomes. The findings highlight the need for unified global standards, transparent monitoring, and collaboration between medical institutions and policy bodies to ensure sustainable growth and patient well-being.
