SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL DETERMINANT OF THE CULTURE OF VERBAL AND NONVERBAL COMMUNICATION IN THE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF A LAWYER

The article provides a systematic analysis of the socio-psychological characteristics of verbal and non-verbal communication culture in a lawyer's professional activity. The role of interactive, communicative, and perceptive interaction mechanisms of a lawyer with clients, trial participants, and law enforcement agencies is highlighted. Based on psychological determinants, the study substantiates the expressiveness of legal speech, emotional stability, empathy, and tactics for establishing reliable psychological contact with subjects in legal practice.
