IMPROVING MUNICIPAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MECHANISMS IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

This article examines the legal, organizational, and economic foundations of municipal property management in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It explores the mechanisms for the creation and termination of municipal property rights, the specifics of accounting for and disposing of municipal assets, and the instruments for their effective use, including privatization and public-private partnerships. Particular attention is paid to transparency, anti-corruption regulation, and the institutional delineation of powers. The article also proposes ways to improve the municipal property management system.
