Abstrak

The article is devoted to increasing the importance of legal awareness and legal culture in the formation of copyright in the country. The importance of raising the legal awareness and legal culture of citizens, the national legislation on the definition of copyright and related rights - the Civil Code, the Law on Copyright and other related rights are analyzed. Suggestions were made to improve the legislation.
