Ushbu maqolada muallif tomonidan xalqaro huquqda davlatlarning javobgarligi institut hamda bu jarayonda xalqaro odat huquqining tutgan o’rni tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, davlatlar tomonidan xalqaro huquq normalari buzilishi holatlarida javobgarlikni belgilashda odat huquqining muhim manbaa sifatidagi roli yoritiladi. Mavzuga daxldor bo’lgan ilmiy maqolalar, xorijiy va milliy adabiyotlar hamda xalqaro sudlar amaliyotida odat huquqining qo‘llanilishi orqali uning dolzarbligi va amaliy ahamiyati o‘rganiladi.
