Abstract

This article examines the figure of Abdurazzoq Samarqandi, a court official of the Timurid era who personally witnessed significant historical developments and, based on these events, authored the work “Matlai as-Sa‘dayn wa Majma‘ al-Bahrayn,” which is of great importance for the study of the Timurid period. The article analyzes Abdurazzoq Samarqandi’s diplomatic activities, particularly his journey to India, as well as the events and phenomena he observed there. The primary source for this study is his aforementioned work, in which he documented the events he personally witnessed
