HISTORICAL AND ETHNOGRAPHIC FOUNDATIONS OF WEDDING RITUALS OF THE KASHKADARYA UZBEKS

This article analyzes the system of family rituals of the Uzbeks in the Kashkadarya oasis from a historical and ethnographic perspective. The research reveals the formation stages of customs related to marriage rituals of the regional population, their local characteristics, and differences between ethnic groups. Based on field ethnographic observations and historical sources, the remnants of ancient beliefs preserved in the rituals of the oasis and the processes of their modern transformation are studied. The scientific significance of the article lies in the systematic coverage of the unique ethnographic identity of Kashkadarya (Koson, Karshi city) and the identification of the historical roots of national values, serving as an important scientific basis for the preservation of cultural heritage.References
