Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yuqumli kasalliklar tarqalish dinamikasini o‘rganishda SEIR kompartment modelining ahamiyati va uning sonli yechimini olish masalalari tadqiq etilgan. SIR modelidan farqli o‘laroq, SEIR modelida kasallikning yashirin (latent) davri hisobga olingan bo‘lib, bu epidemiya cho‘qqisini aniqroq bashorat qilish imkonini beradi. Tadqiqotda chiziqli bo‘lmagan differensial tenglamalar sistemasini yechish uchun to‘rtinchi tartibli Runge–Kutta usuli qo‘llanildi. Olingan natijalar va grafik tahlili modelning real epidemiologik jarayonlarni tavsiflashdagi yuqori aniqligini hamda sog‘liqni saqlash tizimi uchun prognozlash vositasi bo‘la olishini ko‘rsatdi.
