Abstract

Mazkur maqolada musiqiy ta’lim tizimida ustoz–shogird munosabatining tarixiy, pedagogik va ijrochilik ahamiyati ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, an’anaviy o‘zbek musiqasi va cholg‘u ijrochiligi ta’limida individual yondashuv, shogird shaxsini shakllantirish, ijodiy qobiliyatni rivojlantirishda ustozning roli yoritiladi. Zamonaviy ta’lim sharoitida innovatsion texnologiyalar va qadimiy ustoz–shogird an’analarining uyg‘unligi masalalari ochib beriladi. Tadqiqot musiqiy pedagogika va ijrochilik amaliyotida ustoz–shogird munosabatini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan
