Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqola zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida diplom va haqiqiy bilim o‘rtasidagi nomutanosiblik muammosini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda ta’lim falsafasi, pedagogik psixologiya hamda xalqaro ta’lim standartlariga oid ilmiy manbalar asos qilib olingan. Hozirgi global iqtisodiyot sharoitida diplom — bu faqat ta’lim muassasasini tugatganlikni tasdiqlovchi rasmiy hujjat sifatida qaralmoqda. Ammo UNESCO va OECD tashkilotlarining ta’lim bo‘yicha hisobotlarida qayd etilishicha, ish beruvchilar endilikda diplomdan ko‘ra kompetensiya, muammolarni hal qilish qobiliyati va amaliy tajribaga ko‘proq e’tibor qaratmoqda. OECD (2023) hisobotiga ko‘ra, ishga qabul jarayonlarining 70% dan ortig‘i bevosita ko‘nikmalar asosida amalga oshiriladi. Ta’lim nazariyasida Benjamin Bloom tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan “kognitiv rivojlanish taksonomiyasi” bilimni bir necha bosqichga ajratadi: yodlash, tushunish, qo‘llash, tahlil, sintez va baholash. Ammo amaliyotda ko‘plab ta’lim tizimlari faqat birinchi ikki bosqichga — yodlash va tushunishga tayanib qolmoqda.
