Ushbu maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida turizm sohasiga sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarini integratsiya qilishning iqtisodiy, institutsional va boshqaruv jihatlari tadqiq etiladi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi sun’iy intellektning turizm xizmatlari qiymat zanjiriga ta’sirini aniqlash, xizmatlarni personallashtirish, turistlar oqimini prognozlash, operatsion xarajatlarni optimallashtirish va smart turizm infratuzilmasini shakllantirishdagi rolini ilmiy asoslashdan iborat. Metodologik yondashuv sifatida tizimli adabiyotlar tahlili, kontent-tahlil, qiyosiy keys-stadi, konseptual modellashtirish va ekspert-analitik umumlashtirish usullaridan foydalanildi. Maqolada O‘zbekiston turizm sektorida sun’iy intellektni joriy etish uchun ma’lumotlar boshqaruvi, raqamli platformalar integratsiyasi, kadrlar kompetensiyasi, algoritmik shaffoflik va kiberxavfsizlik bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqild.
