Аннотация:

Mutaxassislik fanlar talabalarda mustaqil fikrlashni rivojlantirish, chuqur kasbiy bilimlarni egallashning asosiy omili hisoblanadi. Bu ularga to‘g‘ri ma’lumotni noto‘g‘ri ma’lumotdan ajratish, nazariyalarni tushunish, o‘z g‘oyalarini yaratish va asosli xulosalar chiqarish imkonini beradi. Taхsil olgan yo‘nalishi bo‘yicha mustaqil fikrlash qobilyatiga ega mutaxassis, mehnat faoliyati yurgizayotgan ish joyida, korxonaning ish samaradorligini o‘sishi va rivojlanishiga xizmat qiladi, aksi esa, ish unumdorligini o‘sishini sustlashtiradi. Bundan ma’lumki keng jamiyat, ishlab chiqarish umuman olganda, innovatsion rivojlanish bosqichidagi har bir mamlakat malakali va qobilyatli kadrlarni talab qiladi. Mana shu muxim masalaga yechim, avvalo ta’lim jarayonlarida talabalarni mutaxassis sifatida qanday yondoshuv asosidagi shakllantirishga bog‘liqdir. O‘qitish jarayonlarida, ta’limning turli shakllaridan bir qancha davrdan boshlab faoliyat yurgizib kelinayotgan bo‘lsa, boshlang‘ish o‘qitishning usullari hozir ham mavjud.
