Аннотация:

As one of the priority sectors of the global economy, tourism is considered a strategic direction that can bring high income to the national economy. This article explores various opportunities for improving the system of personnel training in Uzbekistan’s tourism sector. It analyzes the issues of aligning educational programs with international standards and expanding intergovernmental cooperation. Based on recent scientific research in the field of tourism, the study emphasizes the importance of enhancing the practical skills of specialists and strengthening international collaboration.
