Аннотация:

Mazkur tezisda qandli diabetli (QD) bemorlarda o'tkir koronar sindrom (OKS) paytida antitrombotsitar terapiya tanlovi va xavflari tahlil qilinadi. Qandli diabet bemorlarida trombotik voqealar xavfi yuqoriligi va antitrombotsitar terapiyaga bo‘lgan individual javob farqlari OKSni davolashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Tadqiqot natijalari qandli diabetli bemorlarda dual antitrombotsitar terapiya (DAT) samaradorligi, xavf faktorlarini baholash, tanlov kriteriyalari va qon ketish xavfini kamaytirish strategiyalari haqida ma’lumot beradi.
