В данной статье рассматривается зарубежный опыт выхода коммерческих банков Китая на первичное публичное размещение акций (IPO). Основной акцент сделан на стратегии, проблемы и возможности, которые возникают при выходе китайских банков на зарубежные рынки капитала.
