The Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PD-4884 dated November 6, 2020, established the introduction of a credit-module system in higher education and its gradual implementation in practice. This system is formed in accordance with international educational standards, in which students will have the opportunity to independently plan their educational paths, develop their interest in science, and acquire independent research skills. This plays an important role in preparing modern knowledge-capable, independent-thinking and initiative-taking specialists. Large-scale reforms are also being carried out in our republic to reform the higher education system, update its content and essence in line with the requirements of the times, and improve the quality of education, and the introduction of this system is recognized as one of the important stages in this direction.

Since the first years of independence in our country, the development of the educational system has been increasing to the level of public policy, our children have acquired modern knowledge and professions in conditions suitable to the world standards, ensuring the maturation of physically and spiritually mature people, realization of their abilities and talents, intellectual potential, perfection of loyalty and dedication to the In the last 5 years, the oily education system has also been making positive changes in the system as a result of many innovations and reforms. In this article, the reforms and innovations in the higher education system are analyzed and considered.

This article provides a comparative analysis of the education systems of Germany and Uzbekistan, focusing on structure, governance, curriculum standards, vocational education, higher education, assessment practices, and recent reforms. The aim is to highlight similarities and differences between the two countries and to identify opportunities for mutual learning. The research is based on a qualitative review of educational policy documents, academic articles, and governmental reforms introduced in both countries over the past decade. The findings show that Germany’s dual education system, decentralization, and strong industry–education cooperation contribute significantly to workforce readiness, while Uzbekistan’s recent reforms emphasize modernization, digitalization, multilingual education, and international integration. The study concludes that both countries can benefit from exchanging best practices in vocational training, teacher preparation, and quality assurance.

In this article, the requirements of the education system in the Republic of Uzbekistan, current tasks and the high results achieved under the reforms were mentioned.
