Abstract:

This article is devoted to the study of the role of ecological culture in improving the ecological situation in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article analyzes the main aspects of the formation of environmental consciousness, including education, enlightenment, and the participation of society in environmental initiatives. Special attention is paid to the influence of traditional values and modern approaches on the development of ecological culture. The research was conducted on the basis of state policy, environmental protection programs, and the study of the environmental activities of the local population. The results emphasize the importance of ecological culture in environmental protection and make proposals for its development.
