Abstract

Mazkur maqolada turli yoshdagi pedagoglarda emotsional intellektning namoyon bo‘lish xususiyatlari, uning kasbiy faoliyatdagi ahamiyati hamda yosh omilining emotsional intellekt rivojlanishiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Pedagoglarning o‘z his-tuyg‘ularini anglash, boshqarish, o‘quvchilar va hamkasblar bilan samarali muloqot o‘rnatish qobiliyatlari emotsional intellektning asosiy tarkibiy qismlari sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, yosh pedagoglar va tajribali o‘qituvchilarning emotsional intellekt darajasidagi farqlar hamda ularning ta’lim sifati va pedagogik samaradorlikka ta’siri yoritiladi.
