The effectiveness of the education system can be increased by determining the success of students and providing them with adequate support. This study examines the role of management in educational institutions in monitoring and motivating student achievement. The relevance of the topic is that the success of students is one of the main indicators of the educational process, and the processes of regular monitoring and support of them are important in improving the quality of education.
