Mazkur maqolada tovar belgilarini xalqaro-huquqiy himoya qilishda Parij konvensiyasi va Madrid protokolining o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Unda Parij konvensiyasining milliy rejim, ustuvorlik huquqi, hammaga ma’lum belgilarni himoya qilish va nohalol raqobatga qarshi kurashish tamoyillari hamda Madrid protokolining xalqaro ro‘yxatdan o‘tkazish tizimidagi amaliy ahamiyati yoritiladi. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston qonunchiligini xalqaro standartlar asosida takomillashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar ilgari suriladi.
