Mazkur tezisda raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida inson resurslarini boshqarish va axborot texnologiyalarining integratsiyalashuvi masalalari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda HR jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish, raqamli rekruting, HR analitika, elektron hujjat aylanishi va onlayn ta’lim platformalarining inson resurslarini boshqarish samaradorligini oshirishdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Shuningdek, zamonaviy axborot texnologiyalarini HR faoliyatiga joriy etishning afzalliklari va mavjud muammolari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari tashkilotlarda raqamli HR tizimlaridan samarali foydalanish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
