Maqolada ingliz va o‘zbek ommaviy axborot vositalarida manipulyativ strategiyalar hamda pragmatik ta’sir vositalarining ifodalanish xususiyatlari qiyosiy yondashuv asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda media matnlar auditoriya ongiga bevosita emas, balki freyming, baholovchi leksika, metafora, presuppozitsiya, implikatura, ritorik savol va sarlavha strategiyalari orqali ta’sir ko‘rsatishi asoslanadi. Ingliz OAV materiallarida xavfsizlik, inqiroz, tanlov va raqobat freymlari ustuvor bo‘lsa, o‘zbek OAV matnlarida barqarorlik, taraqqiyot, xalq manfaati va ma’naviy birlik freymlari faol namoyon bo‘ladi. Natijalar manipulyativ ta’sir til, kontekst va madaniy xotira kesishmasida shakllanishini ko‘rsatadi. Shuningdek, maqola media savodxonlikni oshirish, yashirin baholash usullarini aniqlash va siyosiy axborotni tanqidiy talqin qilish zaruratini bugungi sharoitda ilmiy asoslaydi ham.
