KUNJUT TARKIBIDAGI BIOLOGIK FAOL MODDALAR VA ULARNING SHIFOBAXSH XUSUSIYATLARI

Аннотация:

Mazkur maqolada kunjut (Sesamum indicum L.) urug‘larining kimyoviy tarkibi, xususan biologik faol moddalari hamda ularning inson salomatligiga ko‘rsatadigan shifobaxsh ta’siri chuqur ilmiy tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot jarayonida kunjut tarkibidagi to‘yintirilmagan yog‘ kislotalari, lignanlar (sesamin, sesamolin, sesamol), vitaminlar va mineral moddalar organizmda metabolik jarayonlar, yurak-qon tomir tizimi, suyak to‘qimasi, ovqat hazm qilish va gormonal muvozanatga ta’siri nuqtayi nazaridan yoritilgan. Shuningdek, kunjutning antioksidant, yallig‘lanishga qarshi va immunomodulyator xususiyatlari ilmiy manbalar asosida asoslab berilgan. Olingan tahlillar kunjut va undan tayyorlangan mahsulotlarni sog‘lom ovqatlanish tizimiga kiritish inson salomatligini mustahkamlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanini ko‘rsatadi.
