Annexin-A1 tug‘ma immunitet tizimida aniq belgilangan yallig‘lanishga qarshi ro‘lga ega, biroq uning orttirilgan immunitetdagi vazifasi hali bahsli masala bo‘lib qolmoqda. Ushbu glyukokortikoid ta’sirida hosil bo‘ladigan oqsil turli yallig‘lanish holatlari va saraton kasalliklarida ishtirok etishi, shuningdek, autoimmun kasalligi bor bemorlarda miqdori kamayishi aniqlangan. Bundan tashqari, annexin-A1 asosan signal uzatadigan formil peptid retseptorlari oilasi ham bu kasalliklarda ahamiyatli ekanligi ma’lum bo‘lgan. Bundan farqli o‘laroq, rekombinant annexin-A1 peptidlari bilan davolash yallig‘lanish modellarida yallig‘lanish jarayonlarini bostirishga olib keldi. Ushbu maqolada hozirda annexin-A1 haqida ma’lum bo‘lgan ma’lumotlarga e’tibor qaratadi hamda bu oqsilning biomarker va davolash maqsadi sifatidagi imkoniyatlarini muhokama qiladi.
