Аннотация:
В статье представлен систематический анализ современных рестриктивных бариатрических вмешательств, применяемых в лечении морбидного ожирения. На основе обзора актуальных данных литературы проведена оценка эффективности и безопасности различных методик, включая лапароскопическую слив-резекцию желудка (LSG), регулируемое бандажирование желудка (LAGB) и гастропликацию. Определены основные показания и противопоказания к каждому виду вмешательства, проанализированы краткосрочные и долгосрочные результаты, а также специфические осложнения.
