Аннотация:
При метаболическом синдроме определяли один из морфологических аспектов слизистой оболочки желудка — наличие изменений слизистой оболочки в виде поверхностно-активного гастрита, метаплазии в покровном эпителии, очаговых атрофических изменений в фундальных железах. В частности, для него характерно разреженность волокнистой соединительной ткани в поверхностном покровном эпителии компонентов железистых структур антральной ветви, межэпителиальных лимфоцитов в пространстве, атрофические изменения в некоторых структурах MALT, наличие редуцированного железистого эпителия в интерстициальной строме.
