FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION PERSONNEL AND ITS APPLICATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract:
In today's globalization environment, it is important to study the experiences of advanced countries to improve the efficiency of the public administration system. The article studies the approaches of the United States, European and Asian countries to the training of public administration personnel and considers the possibilities of their application in the conditions of Uzbekistan. The possibilities of using foreign experiences in the conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan are considered, and proposals are put forward to improve the skills of civil servants, combat corruption and increase the efficiency of the management system. Issues such as the introduction of an electronic government system, the use of digital technologies and the expansion of international experience exchange programs are covered. The conclusion identifies promising areas for improving the public administration system of Uzbekistan.
