DIGITAL COMPETENCIES AS A TOOL FOR ASSESSING THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE LABOR MARKET IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

The profound restructuring of the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan within the framework of the "Digital Uzbekistan – 2030" strategy has exposed the critical irrelevance of traditional labor market assessment metrics. This article substantiates a conceptually new approach, in which the level of development of the workforce's digital competencies acts not simply as an applied skill, but as the primary analytical tool for measuring the real scale of technological transformation. Moving away from formal statistical employment indicators, the research focuses on a qualitative audit of human capital. This makes it possible to identify the hidden skills gap between inertial academic training and the dynamic requirements of innovative business. It is proven that integrating the digital competency profile into the national monitoring system provides an opportunity to objectively assess the "digital maturity" of the market, overcome the paradox of personnel hunger, and form an adaptive model of human resources management under conditions of technological turbulence.

INTEGRATING THE MYSTERY APPROACH AS A PEDAGOGICAL TOOL FOR PROMOTING CRITICAL THINKING AND LEARNING STRATEGIES IN PRIMARY CLASSROOMS

For future generations to be prepared to deal with global concerns in a world that is becoming more complex and interdependent, early critical thinking and sustainability awareness development are essential. This study demonstrated a Thinking Skill Learning Strategy in education for sustainable development by looking at how 9-year-old primary school pupils utilized their knowledge through a cooperative Mystery assignment. The Mystery Learning Strategy promoted critical thinking, social interaction, and personal growth within a sociocultural framework, supporting pluralistic and holistic educational approaches. Based on participant observations and motivated by lesson study concepts, the results showed that although the Mystery technique is dynamic and captivating, it needs appropriate facilitation to be successful. The study showed that pupils were encouraged to collaborate and think critically.
